This page outlines our policy for addressing copyright infringement claims and provides instructions for copyright holders to report unauthorized content or material.
1. What is the DMCA?
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a U.S. law designed to protect copyrighted material online. It provides a legal process for copyright owners to request the removal of infringing content hosted on websites or services.
As a provider of IPTV services, KAPtv operates in compliance with the DMCA and ensures that any legitimate copyright infringement claims are handled promptly and appropriately.
2. How to File a DMCA Complaint
If you believe that content available through our services infringes on your copyright, you may file a DMCA takedown notice. Your complaint must include the following information:

- Email address
- Phone number
Identification of the Infringing Material:
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- The URL(s) or other specific information to identify the material’s location on our website.
A Statement of Good Faith:
- A declaration that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A Statement of Accuracy:
- A declaration that the information provided in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Your Electronic or Physical Signature:
- A signature (typed or physical) of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
3. Submit Your DMCA Complaint

4. Response to DMCA Complaints
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:
- We will remove or disable access to the infringing material.
- We will notify the user responsible for the content about the complaint.
- If applicable, we may terminate repeat offenders’ access to our services.
5. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that the material removed under a DMCA notice was done so in error or that you have the legal right to use the material, you may file a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

Identification of the Removed Material:
- A description of the content that was removed and its location before removal.
Statement of Good Faith:
- A declaration under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
Consent to Jurisdiction:
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district or, if outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the courts in the location where the service provider is located.
Your Electronic or Physical Signature:
- A signature (typed or physical) of the individual filing the counter-notification.
Submit your counter-notification to our designated agent listed above.
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, KAPtv maintains a policy to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers when appropriate.
